Refund policy
All sales are final. No cash refunds. Exchanges only. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery or purchase, and items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, sale items, accessories, hats, and personal care goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for exchanges. To avoid shipping charges, items may be exchanged in person at our store. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
